I am not a collector of playsets per se but I have stumbled on a few figures at a local antique show. I know what alot of them are but need some help if you folks may know more about these than I do. I am planning on putting them on Ebay here in a week or so but if anyone has an interest I would trade or sell. These two are actually Cracker Jack prizes from the late 50's and early 60's. Boxer 1 and Boxer 2 in cream from the Marx sports figures. If I remember the display correct at the museum these were given away with the purchase of sporting goods. Attachments:

Railroad workers! One is missing the blade part of his shovel and the others oil can is missing his spout. If I understand the sites I found on the internet these were sold as part of Marx train sets. Attachments:

Here is the one I need major help on! I think he is a comic strip figure but can't find him anywhere on the Marx sites. He is the same shade of blue as Pappy Yokum and the bases on the bottome are identical so I am assuming he is Marx also. Attachments:

Howdy all! In an attempt to keep conversation flowing on a more regular basis here is a little more info. The figure in question in the post above in Junior Tracey of Dick Tracey fame. Yeah I know I had never heard of him either until I stumbled on the picture on a website.
I picked up 14 of the 16 Marx sports figures this week at an auction for $3. Still need the skier and baseball player with bat and need to upgrade the polo player as his mallet has a break in the middle. Bought some old games, chemistry set, microscope, box of tin buildings (a western fort but not Marx), and the before mentioned sports figures. Will try to post some pictures when I take them home. They currently are residing on my play set figure shelf at the office.
