Very cool. It's all about the kids. If our hobby of collecting and enjoying (I use the term enjoying because it is hard to admit that we adults still "play") Johnny West is to continue, we must pass along the heritage and fun that is Johnny West to our kids. If we don't, our hobby will become like collecting baseball cards is unfortunately becoming; a bunch of over 45+ (mostly men) talking about pieces of cardboard, as today's youth don't collect at all, except for Pokemon, etc.
I bought my son the new CXR Bill Buck and Jed Gibson figures a few years ago, and we still get them out and play with them, along with my vintage figures. I told my son that I got my first figure (Sir Gordon, the gold knight) at age 2-3 and Johnny, Geronimo, and General Custer at age 5. Never too early!
