Aug. 27, 2012. 15:03, Wes Thomas Feldman. 3 lbs, 15 oz. 18"
Aug. 27, 2012. 15:12, Cord Nolan Feldman. 4 lbs, 14 oz. 18"
Daughter was able to deliver both without C-section. Neither is on a breathing machine, or anything. They're both in the NICU and we don't know how long. Daughter due to be discharged Wed. morning. No feeding tubes, breathing machines, or anything so far... God is GOOD!

Wes was discharged on Saturday, 9-22-12 but Cord ran into some breathing issues and wasn't. The whole family stayed Saturday night hoping for a Sunday discharge, but Cord still wasn't ready. Monday the 24th we received word that Cord needed a blood transfusion which really scared us but we were told it was routine and he just needed a boost in his iron. They plugged an IV into his HEAD about 4:30 p.m. Monday and at 7:30 p.m. or so they started the DISCHARGE PAPERS. The boys came home together late Monday night. Praise the Lord! They still have little stick-on monitors with wires leading to some portable electronic gizmos that will monitor them, but THEY'RE HOME!!!!!

Congratulations Otter. I hope the lord blesses Nolan, Thomas and your daughter with long healty lives. And I hope you are blessed with a lot of time to enjoy all three of them. Start early introducing them to Johnny and the ranch before the in-laws buy them an i-phone or gameboy. They are so tiny I think you need to hang very close and help take care of them. I've got a cot I can send to you to put by there beds. TW

They don't need me there... they've got Granny Kay staying this week. I went down to see them last evening and was barely allowed to hold Cord and didn't hold Wes at all; BOTH Grandma Vickie & Granny Kay were present and resentful ( ) at having to share! Thanks for the kind words...
Oh, by the way, on my first post I put the wrong middle names with the boys because that was the way that daughter originally said she was going to name them and she never said otherwise, even after I pointed out that if she names Baby B as Wes Thomas Feldman, his initials would be highly inappropriate... Good thing she reconsidered!
