I've put it on Facebook and the old Ranch and I'll let everyone here know as well . . .
Something new from Circle X Ranch launches on 09/01/2011. It's a new accessory, never before done for Johnny West.
Hope you like it.
Stay tuned for more details!

I believe you mentioned something in the works sometime back, but I had forgotten all about it. I'm anxious to see "whassup".

New from CXR - the historically accurate 1/6th scale western duster. Outfit Johnny, his friends (and foes) in this polished cotton duster with authentic styling including the back placket/vent to allow the figure to comfortably sit a horse. Never before done for Johnny West, this duster also fits GI Joe and other 1/6th scale figures. magicmarxie.com/duster.htmMore photos on homepage - www.magicmarxie.comHope you like it! Terri PS: My webpage skills are a little rusty after TOO long since an update. Email me at circlexranch@... if the page doesn't view for you.

Ok, I've been asked about dyeing these dusters. Here's my experience - yours may differ. I washed them I then used the ritz remove solution I then dyed them with black liquid dye for an hour Washed and dryed Dyed again for 3 hours Washed and dryed Ironed Here's the result: Out of the solution they looked a very nice black (second time) but upon washing and drying they ended up like this - closer to dark purple / faded black. The thread stayed tan as it is polyester and did not take the color. The duster shrunk just a tad but still fits nicely. Overall if you wanted to try for a different color brown or green will probably work but it's really hard to get a black. Scott Attachments:

Thanks for the tip, Scott. I've never had success with black dye. I decided to leave mine as is. I wet it down to remove the packaging wrinkles & couldn't wait, so I let it dry on Johnny, lol.
