cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330558687273&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:ITA friend wrote to this Seller about the PINTO on May 1st. He got no reply. I sent a message to the same Seller on the 4th. I got no reply. Seems rather strange to me that both of our messages would get lost. Others who asked questions have the Seller's responses posted, so I am not sure what to make of this. Are we being ignored for some reason? Given the kind of money to (potentially) be made on this auction, I would expect a Seller to be more diligent. It's that kind of oversight which makes me reluctant to bid on this auction. The upside (?) for other interested collectors: One less bidder to compete with. ;D

I saw this and dismissed it as a custom paint job. Looking at a close up the nose and mane appear to be a palamino. If it isn't real its a heck of a custom.

They do tend to look like palaminos underneath when they get a bit of wear. Something about the plastic used to make those. I think they were molded in white but I am not sure.

It sold for $330, seems a bit high to me but it is a holy grail. But then again for that price it should have come with the box.
