Never Assume

I am in Canada and have been corresponding this past week with a Seller from the USA.

Since I was interested in making a bid, s/he agreed to open up the auction to international bidders. However, when I went to enter my bid near the end of the auction time, it was not accepted. By then, it was too late to communicate again with the Seller.

(I assumed the Seller knew what to do; s/he didn't.)

I have ran into this problem also. I think alot of mine were not understanding they had to make a change versus outright meanness.
