I have several of these found at the Marx factory. Strictly speaking I guess they are 'test' shots - Some of mine are definitely a different material than the production ones. But some I think are failures that were thrown out and after being buried for 40 years really hardened up. Just like the several hundred hands I got that I sell as 'Factory Found" hands. So I think the seller is legit here except for the one of a kind - because I've got a bunch ;-)
