Absolutely nothing, as far as I can tell.
I bought the same model two years ago - with full tack - for less than $50 (no box or manual).
I have no idea other than a bidding war erupted and folks got caught up in the moment.
Can anyone else suggest a reason why this BLACK THUNDERBOLT fetched $366.00 on eBay?
P.S. I have seen the elusive BLACK & WHITE (Sears) PINTO go for under $300.

. . . on a similar vein:
Why is this pistol already up to $76 with 21 hours to go?

Apparently the Sideshow pistols go for a high price. I see 2 other sideshow revolvers going for $25. Seems like there were several people bidding on the horse. Was down to 2 after it hit $200. Anyway they are all nuts. Unless there is something I am missing.

I just saw that one. While that is a very nice MIB box Black Thunderbolt I think they paid $200 too much plus shipping. I am thinking more like $65 including shipping.

Could be a case of "shelling" . . . since only TWO bidders were going at it once the $100-mark was hit.
P.S. Shelling is not 'supposed' to happen on eBay, but I imagine it does from time to time.

I think it's quite common. I often see stuff bid up way further than what it should normally go for. Of course, the old saying "a fool & his money are soon parted" also applies, LOL.
