The idea here is for everyone to take some pictures of the featured figure in their collection and post them here for all to see. This will be 12" Marx figures including knights, vikings, horses etc.
Starting this off with Johnny West, calling all Johnnies/Johntys etc.
I haven't taken any pictures for this yet but hope to tonight.

That's a fine Johnny. As you we be able to see I don't have one like that. Now here all of mine that are in 1 piece (mostly). ![](http://www.fototime.com/C4C6C93A976EE45/orig.jpg)

Nice job ya'll!! Terry I commend you on yer valiant quest fer the blue accessories! Well done!! I remember ya talkin' about the German Viebroflex, back when ya scored it Mitch! I like it!! Fort Apache, as Mitch said, "Any Johnny is a fine Johnny!" & some nice boxes too! The only vintage box I have is just a flattened lid, of what Tim's Encyclopedia shows as campfire box #2062 67-72; your collection, spans some time, & includes a nice ist issue!! My box lidis tacked to the wall behind some of my Johnnys, which I took some pix of fer the Figure of the Week!!! Great idea by the way!!! Thanx fer sharin' ya'll & Happy Holidaze!! I don't know how many pix ya can squeeze onto 1 message, so I'll start with the Johnny I scored on eBay several years ago, when I began to rebuild my collection! Just as when I was a Kid, he's a 1967, on a 67 Thunderbolt! Cuz it's just like the one I had when I was a kid; I used it, as the model, for the Coloring Book! I never had any variations, like the Quick Draw Johnny, or any foreign versions, but I'm happy to say, about a year ago I got my 1st Quick Draw, & a few months ago, my 1st British Johnny,( he's the one in the black hat & vest in the pix, on a Buckskin Palomino! A while back, I also treated myself to a U.S. Marshal Johnny West !!! ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Besides the vintage Johnny on the Brown Thunderbolt, I've got a handful of "extras," soze I don't have to mount, & dismount, & mount & dismount, when I'm havin' fun doin' photo shoots!! Looks like 1 pix at a time,,, I a gonna have to post a few more! Happy Holidaze Ranchers!! Adios! Attachments:![](//storage.proboards.com/3211785/thumbnailer/HcSlX_vyQNdtdq615RI_.jpg)

I couldn't leave out, another from my "permanent collection," Johnny on guitar!! I'd had the plastic guitar that Jane has, for a while, but when I spied the wooden one on eBay that Johnny has, I had to use it, as a pose fer the Coloring Book! I've since scored the banjo fer Jamie, & a ukelalee fer Janice!! They get down!!! Attachments:![](//storage.proboards.com/3211785/thumbnailer/rOYrvskTvfaWArKUEFi3.jpg)

I agree great idea - "Figure of the Week", here is my fave Johnny I have - a Turquoise Johnny. I believe he is the same kind as the one on page 42 in Tom's encyclopedia (highly recommended book). No idea what color acc. he should have so I outfitted him in the standard brown. I suppose he might be a Canadian Mod? Anyone know? Sorry I haven't been around for awhile, I had some health issues which are totally under control now & I lost almost 15 lbs. Working on the next 15! Also, I was laid off last week due to lack of work projects coming in & being the newest guy/late shift, I was the next to go. Yeah I know, MERRY XMAS! Terrible time of the year to look for work, but hopefully something will come my way in the New Year. Just finished up a little freelance graphics - just having trouble getting a client to pay (next time I'm getting half up front LOL!). Trying to keep busy with some projects of my own to keep my mind off things a little. Sorry I didn't participate in the Secret Santa this year like I normally do, I meant to, but I had a lot going on last month & before I knew it, the deadline date had passed. I have plenty of time now LOL. I hope everyone had a good time with it & know I was there in spirit. Speaking of projects I will have something to share with you all soon, JW custom related, hopefully this week. Merry Xmas to all, MK Highlander MarX Attachments:![](//storage.proboards.com/3211785/thumbnailer/HHu2wGoTMXqegV1W04DS.jpg)

Nice figure, Mark. I have the Dangerous Dan version, but I'm not sure they're the exact same color. Sorry about the layoff. I often hate my job, but at this point I have no other options & it's 100% better than none in these times. Glad your health is better.

Fractured my ankle, I been fighting with my Insurance Company for the Whole 11 weeks. They had no problem cashing my Premium payments for 20 years but now they are fighting me tooth & nail Not to Reimburse me. ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png)

The thousands I pay each year...house, car, medical...I may as well just throw out the window. All I ever get is a hassle when I need them. "Sorry sucker, that isn't covered". I swear I can sometimes hear them laughing in the background. Terry

I think the Dangerous Dan with the Sam Cobra head is the same colour as the turquoise Johnny. I have one and it matches the colour of Jane perfectly. Brian C

My JANE, Q-D Johnny and DAN (with flocked hair) are 3 different shades of teal/turquoise/blue.
