Interesting about the unique shield. I have no idea if this is for real or not, but if it is a fake, the seller is very bold about it. On that alone, I will guess "TRUE" but you won't see me bidding on it.  Canis |

The answer is true, that's the UK Fighting Eagle also the shield is the right one for it.
This FE has only one ear ring. If I bid on one I'd want both ear rings on it.

I'll bet the shield alone is worth $25. Perhaps I'll toss in a bid. Although Brian C is right about the missing earring cuts down the value a fair ammount.

If you don't mind dealing with Ebay UK these come up relatively often. I got mine two years ago boxed, although it was missing its lid, and the price I felt was reasonable. The shield and the three feather headband make it worth having.
